This Privacy Policy outlines how Lynkflo collects, uses, processes, and protects data related to client content and audience behavior during the delivery of contracted services.
Lynkflo collects and analyzes behavioral and performance data related to the client’s owned content and digital presence, as required to fulfill contracted services. This includes sales performance metrics, content cadence, audience behavior, algorithmic signals, and engagement patterns associated with organic initiatives or brand collaborations. Lynkflo does not collect, access, or store personally identifiable information (PII) from consumers, end users, or individuals outside the client’s owned platform environment.
All data collected is used exclusively for:
- Sales intelligence reporting
- Behavioral pattern analysis
- Revenue performance analysis
- Organic collaboration and content initiative tracking
- Revenue performance evaluation
- Internal system refinement related to the contracted service
Data is not used for external marketing, profiling, or resale. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be referenced in internal marketing or educational materials, with all client-identifying information removed.
Client-submitted materials and business performance data are processed solely within the terms of the signed agreement. Observed data—including behavioral patterns and performance metrics—is analyzed to generate proprietary insights. Clients do not retain ownership over these generated insights or interpretations.
Lynkflo may analyze anonymized, aggregated behavioral patterns across client data to improve its internal logic framework. No individual-level or client-specific data is exposed, cross-referenced, or reused beyond internal system development.
Lynkflo does not sell, rent, broker, or share any client or audience data with third parties. No data is provided to advertisers, agencies, platforms, or other external entities.
All data handled by Lynkflo is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel supporting the client account. Lynkflo enforces operational security protocols including confidentiality, access control, and secure storage.
Lynkflo uses data solely within the scope of the contracted engagement. Clients do not control how behavioral data is interpreted once analysis has begun. No collected data is used beyond the purposes defined in the client agreement.
