In the years leading up to Lynkflo, I managed social media platforms aimed to reach the masses. Even though I loved creating content, I felt the growing disconnect between serving trends and driving actual sales growth.
The truth is: a brand’s social community holds the strongest buying power. Yet the industry remains fixated on likes, comments, and shares, instead of understanding which content moves their audience from surface-level engagement into the buying process.
Before long, I stopped aiming for algorithm success and became obsessed with what activated buyer decisions on social media. I began manually tracking sales and building systems to understand what motivates an audience to buy and why.
Through this research, I learned that the algorithm is not the North Star for business growth. Sales behavior is.
But like many, I worked in environments that silenced change to preserve comfort. And over time, the weight of that stagnation created a pressure that became impossible to ignore.
That pressure became Lynkflo.
